The U.S. Commission on Civil Rights has demonstrated commendable levels of overall employee engagement, with a particularly strong emphasis on inclusion and accessibility. However, there is an opportunity for improvement in the areas of diversity and equity, where scores are slightly lower. To address these lower scores, we will implement targeted initiatives aimed at fostering a more diverse and equitable workplace. This will include measures such as enhanced recruitment strategies to attract a wider range of talent, as well as training programs to promote understanding and inclusivity. Additionally, we have established an Employee Engagement Council to develop channels for open communication and feedback, ensuring that all voices are heard and valued. By focusing on these areas, we aim to further strengthen the Commission's commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, creating an even more inclusive and supportive work environment for all employees.
