OCR has primary responsibility for enforcement of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 in the FAA. OCR also has responsibility for enforcing other civil rights statutes pertaining to federally assisted and federally conducted programs; for conducting FAA's internal equal employment and affirmative action programs and other civil rights activities; and for administering the disadvantaged business program.
