The Utah Advisory Committee to the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights will hold its fourth in a series of virtual, public briefings on the civil rights implications of disparate outcomes in the state’s K-12 education system. This investigation will analyze whether this system has a discriminatory impact on students on the basis of race, color, disability status, national origin, and/or sex. The Committee will provide the Commission with their findings and recommendations on this topic.
