This report examines the prevention and redress of sexual harassment that occurs in federal workplaces. The Commission in particular looks at the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission’s (EEOC) Title VII work, as well as a deeper analysis into agency policies and practices for processing internal sexual harassment claims at two agencies, the State Department and the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA).
